What is a Hypothesis, Theory and Doctrine?

A hypothesis is an idea of how something might work; it is feasible and can become a theory only after several independent scientists try and fail to disprove the hypothesis in laboratory conditions. Still later research on any factors can change or negate a hypothesis and thus render the theory false.
Micro-evolution (or adaptation) can be observed all the time: breeding livestock, experimenting with fruit flies, and even breeding wolf-dogs. This are animal of the same kind mixing with each other. However on the point of macro-evolution's, abiogenesis' (life from non-life), or cosmic evolution cannot be called theories because they have not been tested nor verified in any way.Considering these types of evolution even further, can they really be called hypothesis? A hypothesis must be feasible.
"For example, I could make a hypothesis that holding a pen above the ground and releasing it would cause it to fall straight down until it hit some other object. I could then test it (and so could you). A clever person could even use a magnetic pen and prove the hypothesis false, which would likely result in restating or more clearly defining the hypothesis. I could try to prove that hypothesis false."
After much research into the field I have not seen any explanation as to how the ideas of abiogenesis'
or macro-evolution can be tested to see if they are false. Likewise, it has been my observation that you cannot prove or disprove God (Heb 11:1), so that would not be a scientific hypothesis.
So, what would we call these ideas? They are not tested theories and they are not falsifiable hypothesis. I would call them doctrine, which is defined as any statement describing how you believe things are, should be, or should work. Many people have devised ideas of how macro-evolution could possibly take place and even generate some diagrams, but no test has ever been proposed or conducted to the best of my knowledge.
The following types of Evolution are described:
1. Cosmic Evolution: The origin of time, space and matter, by the Big Bang
2. Chemical Evolution: The origin of higher elements from hydrogen.
3. Stellar and Planetary Evolution: The origin of stars and planets.
4. Organic Evolution: The origin of Life.
5. Macro-Evolution: The changing from one kind of species to another kind of species.
6. Micro-Evolution: The variation within kinds of species.
Observations about the different types of Evolution
- Of the above supposed 6 types of Evolution, only the last one, Micro-Evolution, has ever been observed.
- The other 5 types of Evolution are part of the Theory of Evolution.
- The other 5 types of Evolution are all classified as theoretical, and have never been observed.
- They cannot be reproduced in a laboratory, and do not therefore fall under the strict definition of a science.
- Evolution is currently taught as fact, even though the factual content of the Theory of Evolution cannot be proved or disproved, since nobody was present nor can they be reproduced in a laboratory.
